Wow… just wow.

Apparently the arrogance of those in Government does not begin and end on the Federal Level. The “I know better than you” attitude even effects City Councilmen.

Below is a Video of a City Council Meeting in Chattanooga Tennessee where concerned citizens are doing their civic duty by addressing their grievances to their public servants.

When it appears that several other speakers wish to yield their time to another speaker the Councilman objects by saying, “We aren’t going to have that.” As the argument continues about what is allowed and what isn’t, the Councilman eventually states:

“We Don’t have to listen to Anybody”.

As Jim points out, the comment doesn’t come until 3:15 in the video.

To add insult to injury, the city council appears to adjourn and simply walk out wants they begin feeling the heat.

Not that’s leadership we can believe in!
